Shipping methods.
Most items are usually shipped via Australia Post, as one of the most
economical means. An alternative, depending on your proximity to an
international airport and flight schedules, is via Qantas, but obviously more
costly. If you have your own carrier contracts in place with international
carriers (like Fedex or
DHL), you may prefer to arrange freight yourself, but please confirm
everything with your carrier first, as their local branch may have restrictions
on cargo. Whilst swords are commonly carried by carriers in the United States,
in Australia, they are a banned item of carriage with many carriers.
How Long Does It Take To Ship?
Shipping of goods varies depending on your time and budget requirements as
much as your location. Expedited orders can be delivered in as few as two or
three days to some locations, however shipments can take several weeks. Shipping
lead-time for international trade is primarily controlled by your chosen method
of payment, as well as shipping method.
International Shipping Restrictions:
- We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other
regulations that apply. We encourage you to speak with your customs office
if you have any questions.
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are
different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check
with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of an
item to their country. A fee will be applied to orders returned by customs
as "illegal to import."
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not
issue any refund unless all products are returned to us in their original
condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the
customer is still responsible for any shipping charges and/or other fees.
- Prepayment is required.
- The customer is responsible for any costs, duties or taxes that may apply.
